Life with Braces
Your guide to feeling great and living comfortably throughout your orthodontic journey
Embrace Your Braces Journey!
Starting braces is a big, positive step toward a healthier, more confident smile. There’s a brief period of getting used to them, but most people find that braces quickly blend into their everyday routine.
You can keep enjoying the activities you love, from sports and music to hanging out with friends and savoring your favorite foods with a few small tweaks. Braces are incredibly common, and you’ll probably be surprised by how many people around you have worn them too.
Remember: This phase won’t last forever, but the smile you’re working toward will. Let’s make your treatment experience as smooth and positive as possible.
